Snacks are the item eaten in the most casual manner and sometimes more for taste than for the need. At the same time these are the items very rich in calories specially when we compare with the amount in which they could be eaten. For example two pieces of kachori or samosa or dahi vada are commonly taken, rather some people even go for more. Still they are not taken single but some sweets are to be followed! Which contain even higher values of calories as few pieces of biscuits, two gulab jamuns or halwa or gujia. Srikhand or kheer are not very rare item. Most interestingly one cheese pizza supplies calories required for one whole day for a light worker with average weight. Even if the pizza is shared among three or four person it supplies more than 300 calories. So always remember when NOT to eat and how much to eat.
